BRR is an IT services company specialized in the Oracle environment. Understanding and covering our customers’ needs has been a cornerstone in our strategy and structure since 1993. We believe that correct integration between the business structure, resources available and technology is one of the crucial keys to achieving a competitive edge. Right from the time it was set up BBR has aimed at providing a high quality service based on the technology available at the time. In order to achieve this goal, the whole strategy has been focussed on specialising and adapting to change. In 1994, it was decided to use all the development tools of Oracle-Case Method, Designer, Developer and Data Base-. This decision has meant we have achieved very high productivity, created our own transferable methodology and covered our customers’ needs and expectations with a high level of satisfaction.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT: The process to adapt to technological progress has meant that suitable strategies have needed to be defined and applied from time to time, developing customer-server applications that have later become n-capes, creating a department to develop the Java environment, covering needs for optimizing data bases and providing competitive solutions within the Decision Support System (DSS) field. An important part of these strategies is now our global outsourcing proposal, which currently accounts for more than 60% of our turnover.

Our offices are in Barcelona, where projects are developed for IT systems, and we also have a commercial branch in Girona. 45 professionals are currently employed by the BBR structure.
